Paragliding over the South Downs coast, for Matthew’s Friends.

TThis charity means so much to me. Epilepsy is a part of my life now. My daughter was diagnosed with it and Matthew’s Friends have helped with advice and just being there to listen. Let’s get them some much needed money to carry on their amazing work.

I’ve done mad things for charity, I have Wing Walked, Sky Dived and now I have done paragliding. All terrifying but so rewarding. I’m scared of heights so I wanted to be out of my comfort zone, hence why I chose paragliding. It was a great experience, I was nervous taking off but once in the sky it was so exciting and peaceful at the same time! I appreciate any amount you can donate. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Shenise on the Footprint team is doing a Charity Sky Dive.

For my 50th birthday last year, I was given a Sky Dive from my lovely cousin Rachelle. I have decided to do this Sky Dive for charity which is close to my heart. My daughter Hannah who is 22 has just been diagnosed with epilepsy and the information I have received from Matthew’s Friends has been vital. I cannot thank them enough for all the information and support.
